6. In the Bi-D adjustment window, select the desirable item and click
OK
.
The adjustment window for the selected print mode appears.

7. Referring to the printout, input the setting value using the
↑
or
↓
key or
directly type it in.
8. Click
OK
. The setting value is written. Then click
Continue
to continue
with other modes.
9. Repeat the steps 4 to 8 until you get the best result.
10. To complete the adjustment, click
Continue
repeatedly to get the Bi-
Directional adjustment window.
11. In the Bi-Directional adjustment window, select
Check present
adjustment data
and click
OK
. The Check present adjustment data
window appears.
12. Click
OK
. The present adjustment value is displayed.

13. Click
Continue
to go back to the Bi-D adjustment window.
CAUTION
The setting value is not effective until the printer is next
turned off and back on. It is because the setting value is
stored in EEPROM when the printer is turned off.
