Printing Your Selected Photos
Once youve selected your photos, you need to select your print settings. Follow
the steps in these sections:
“Selecting the Type, Size, Layout, and Quality” below
“Selecting the Correct Paper Type” on page 91
“Selecting Special Print Settings” on page 92
“Saving and Reusing Print Settings” on page 93
“Restoring Default Settings” on page 93
Selecting the Type, Size, Layout, and Quality
1. Press the u and d buttons to highlight Paper Type, then press the l and r
buttons to choose the type of paper that is loaded in the printer.
(If youre not
sure about the paper type, see the table on page 91.)
Note:
It’s important to select the correct Paper Type setting for the paper you’re using, or
the print quality may not be what you expect.
2. Press the u and d buttons to highlight Paper Size, then use the l and r
buttons to select the size of paper youve loaded.
3. Use the u and d buttons to highlight
Layout, then use the l and r buttons
to select one of the following:
BorderFree: one photo per sheet, borderless; fits the photo lengthwise
With Border: one photo per sheet, with borders around the edges
Upper 1/2: one photo on the top half of the sheet
2-up: two photos per sheet
4-up: four photos per sheet
8-up: eight photos per sheet
20-up: 20 photos per sheet; the photo number and date are also printed
Greeting Card: one photo per sheet, for the front of the greeting card
