Ink Cartridge Alert
Please use genuine Epson ink
cartridges.
Replace the ink cartridge with a genuine Epson ink cartridge that can be used with this
printer.

Ink Cartridge Alert
Replace ink cartridge(s).
❏ Remove the ink cartridge and reinstall it. If this message is displayed after reinstalling
the ink cartridge, replace it with a new one. (Do not reinstall the ink cartridge that
caused the error.)

❏ Condensation may occur in the ink cartridge. Leave it at room temperature for at least
four hours before installing the ink cartridge.

Maint Box 2 Unlocked
Lock lever for maintenance box 2.
Lock Maintenance Box 2.
The on-screen message reads Maintenance Box 2, however the product name for this
consumable is Borderless Maintenance Box.

Maint box near end of service life. Check to see if free space is running low in Maintenance Box 1 or Maintenance Box 2 by
looking at the control panel's screen. After confirming, replace the maintenance box
running low on free space with a new one.

Replace maintenance box 1.
Set Maintenance Box 1 again correctly. If the same error occurs, replace Maintenance Box 1
with a new one.
