Removing the attachment (when using two inch

paper cores)

Remove the black flange and the attachment

from the spindle.

Remove the attachment from both flanges.

Press the hooks (two points) out to release the

hooks, and then pull the attachment out of the

flange.

Installing the attachment (when using three inch

paper cores)

Remove the black flange from the spindle.

Install the attachment on both flanges.

Align the u marks on the flange and attachment,

and then push firmly until you hear the hooks

click into place.

Removing and installing the spacer

When you perform borderless printing on roll paper,

you may need to install the spacer for borderless

printing supplied with the printer, depending on the

width of the roll paper.

However, you cannot install the spacer for roll paper

with a three inch paper core, since it is already using the

attachment. Paper widths that need the spacer installed

Installing the spacer

Remove the black flange from the spindle.

When the attachment is installed in the spindle,

remove both left and right attachments.

Install the spacer into the gray flange (fixed part).

Push the spacer until the holes in the spacer and

the flange line up exactly.
