SpectroProofer ERROR
REFER TO THE MANUAL TO
FIND OUT HOW TO SOLVE
THE PROBLEM

*NN is the error number.
Error No. 01
The SpectroProofer is not
connected to the printer
properly.
Turn the printer off, and then remove the
SpectroProofer from the printer. Connect the
SpectroProofer to the printer properly, and then turn
on the printer.

If the same error occurs, contact your dealer.
Error No. 13
The paper presser does not
function properly due to
one of the following factors:
O The backing is not
attached properly.
O There are some foreign
objects between the
paper presser and
backing.
O The media type is not
supported.
O The product is used out
of its operational
environment.
O Turn off the printer, and then remove the
SpectroProofer. If there are objects such as
packing materials around the backing, remove
them. Then, attach the backing properly, and
then turn on the printer.

O Check the media type and system requirements.

If the same error occurs, contact your dealer.
Error No. 15
The Color Measurement
Device carriage does not
function properly due to
one of the following factors:
O There is some foreign
object in the moving
range of the carriage.
O The backing is not
attached properly.
O The white calibration
tile holder is not
installed properly.
O The media type is not
supported.
O The product is used out
of its operational
environment.
O Turn off the printer, and then remove the
SpectroProofer. If there are objects such as
packing materials around the backing, remove it.
Then, attach the backing properly and turn on the
printer.

Note the code and contact your dealer.

YES
The SpectroProofer is not
connected to the printer
properly.
Select NO, and then turn the printer off, and then
connect the SpectroProofer to the printer properly. If
you select YES, the printer continues printing.
