The paper is jammed.
To remove jammed paper, follow the steps below:
1. If roll paper is jammed, open the roll paper cover and cut the paper at the paper
insertion slot.
2. Make sure that the Pause light is not flashing, and then press the button to release
the paper presser.
3. Rewind the roll paper.
