This utility lets you optimize your printer. You can
start this utility only if it is installed. See the EPSON
LFP Remote Panel 2 online help for detailed
information.

Printer Firmware Update
EPSON LFP Remote Panel 2 is started and updates the
printer firmware. See the EPSON LFP Remote Panel 2
online help for detailed information.
Accessing EPSON Printer
Utility3/4
Double-click the Applications folder, and then
double-click the EPSON Printer Utility3/4 icon.
Using EPSON StatusMonitor
EPSON StatusMonitor provides you with detailed
printer status information, a graphic display of the ink
cartridge status and the free space of the maintenance
tank, and status messages.
Accessing EPSON StatusMonitor
Open the EPSON Printer Utility3/4 window, and then
click EPSON StatusMonitor.
Note:
O The name for the EPSON Printer Utility changes
as follows according to the operating system being
used.
- Mac OS X 10.3 to 10.6: EPSON Printer Utility3
- Mac OS X 10.7: EPSON Printer Utility4
O You can also select Print Settings on the Print
dialog and click the to start EPSON Printer
Utility3.
Note:
For Mac OS X 10.5 and 10.6, the error message appears
automatically on your screen when an error occurs,
even if EPSON StatusMonitor is not opened.
