• Verify your printer WorkForce 30 settings are correct. Please see the relevant
sections of the User’s Guide for additional information.
• Ensure your substrate is designed to accept a ChromaBlast transfer. Garments
made from natural fibers such as Cotton are compatible with the ChromaBlast
sublimation process.
My image looks blurred.
• Ensure you pressed the item with the proper time, temperature, and pressure. For
guidelines, see the section entitled ChromaBlast Transfer Instructions, Page 17.
• Ensure you printed on the correct side of the media. The print side is opposite the
LOGO side of the media.
• Verify that the printer’s print heads are properly aligned. For further instructions,
see the Epson WorkForce 30 Printer Quick Reference Guide.
My image has gaps or bands present.
• Ensure that all of the printer’s nozzles are firing properly. Perform a Nozzle Check
from the Utility Tab of your printer WorkForce 30. For further instructions, see
the Epson WorkForce 30 Printer Quick Reference Guide.
• If one or more of the nozzles fail to print, perform a Print Head Cleaning. For
