CLEANING button Starts the head cleaning operation.
ERROR CODE LED 1 (red)
ERROR CODE LED 2 (red)
Blinks when an error occurs. The combination of these two LEDs indicates
the type of error. See ”Error Messages” in Chapter 5, “Repair and
Troubleshooting.” for details.
Shutter The shutter is a guide to ensure slip paper is correctly installed. The shutter
opens during printing. (The shutter is open in the illustration above.)
Shutter OPEN/CLOSE gear Turn the gear toward the back to open the shutter. Turn the knob toward
the front to close the shutter. Use this knob in the case of paper jams and
repairs.
