Installing or Replacing the Ink Cartridge
CAUTION:
❏
Do not put your finger inside the ink cartridge holder which contains the ink
cartridge. The ink supply needle inside the holder may cause injury.
❏
Do not shake or drop an ink cartridge that has been installed. Ink leaking from the
cartridge may get in your eyes. Also, ink stains can be impossible to remove from
clothing.
❏
If ink from the cartridge gets in your eyes, rinse immediately with clean water and
consult a doctor.
❏
Store ink cartridges out of the reach of children.
To install the ink cartridge, follow these steps.
1. Turn on the power.
2. Open the ink cartridge cover, using the tab as shown.
