• Make sure the connected device meets the HDMI CEC standard. See the documentation supplied
with the device for more information.
• Make sure the HDMI Link setting is set to On.
• Check if the device is available in the Device Connections list in the Settings menu. If the device
does not appear, it does not meet the HDMI CEC standards. Connect a different device.
• Make sure the connected devices are turned on and in standby status. See the documentation
supplied with the device for more information.
• If you connected a new device or changed any connections, make sure the CEC function is set for the
connected device. You may need to restart the device.
• If you have connected a speaker or receiver, set the output to PCM.

Solutions When You Cannot Connect Using Screen Mirroring
If you are unable to connect to the projector using Screen Mirroring, try the following solutions:
• Select On as the Screen Mirroring setting in the projector's Network menu.
• Make sure the Display Name in the screen mirroring settings does not include "-" or it may not display
correctly on your mobile device.
• Make sure the Operation Mode and Channel settings are correct for your mobile environment and try
connecting again.
• Select Off as the Interrupt Connection setting in the Extended menu.
• Change the Channel setting depending on your network environment.
• Make sure the mobile device settings are correct.
• You may not be able to connect immediately after disconnecting from the projector. Wait a while and
try connecting again.
• Restart the mobile device.
• If you have previously connected to the projector using Screen Mirroring, the device may have saved
the previous connection information. Delete the saved information and connect to the projector from
the list of available devices.
