Cleaning the Air Filter
You need to clean the projector's air filter in the following situations:
• The filter or vents get dusty.
• You see a message telling you to clean it.
Note: It is recommended that you clean the air filter every 5,000 hours. Clean it more often if the
projector is in a dusty environment.
1. Turn off the projector and unplug the power cord.
2. Carefully remove the dust from the air filter cover with a vacuum or brush.
Note: Canned or compressed air is not recommended as it can blow dust into the projector.
