Menu Settings and Description
PS3 Menu Error Sheet
Select On to print out an error sheet
when an error occurs in the PS3 mode
or when the PDF file you tried to print is
not a supported version.
Coloration Select the coloration.

Protect
Select On if you do not want the print
quality to be reduced. In this case
printing will be stopped when memory
is insufficient.
Binary
Select On for Binary data and select Off
for ASCII data. Binary can only be used
with network connection.
To use the Binary data, make sure your
application supports Binary data and
that SEND CTRL-D Before Each Job
and SEND CTRL-D After Each Job are
set to No.
Text
Detection
Select On if you want tex t fi le co nve rted
to a PostScript file when printing. This
setting is available only when PS3 is
selected in Printing Language.
PDF Page Size Set the paper size when you send the
PDF file directory from a computer or
some other device. When Auto is
selected, the paper size is determined
based on the size of the first pager that
is printed.

Delete All
Confidential Jobs
Select to delete all confidential jobs stored in the printer.
Eco Mode You can adjust the time before power management is applied. Any increase will affect the product’s
energy efficiency. Please consider the environment before making any change. Select On to enable
all the following Eco Mode functions.
Sleep Timer Specify the length of the time until the LCD panel turns black.
Power Off Timer Specify the length of the time until the power turns off automatically.
Clear Internal Memory
Data

Clears the selected memory data.
Restore Default
Settings
Resets the selected settings to their defaults.
* This function is only supported by the WF-5190 Series.
