LCD screen message Condition/solution
The combination of the
IP address and subnet
mask is invalid. See

There is a problem with the network connection to your product. Check the
solutions in this guide.
To use cloud services,
update the root
certificate from the
Epson Web Config
utility.
Access your product's built-in Web Config utility and update the root
certificate for your product.
Cannot recognize the
media. See your
documentation for more
details about the media.
See the specifications for external USB devices or memory cards for more
information.
Cannot use the inserted
Memory Device. See
your documentation for
details.
Print Head Adjustment
Canceled. There is a
problem with the print
head. Contact Epson
Support.
Clean the print head. If print quality does not improve after repeating the
head cleaning 2 times, turn off the printer and wait for at least six hours
without printing. Then run the nozzle check again and repeat the head
cleaning if necessary. If print quality still does not improve, contact Epson for
support.
Install the Epson Event
Manager software in the
computer to use this
feature. See your
documentation for more
details.
Try uninstalling the Epson Event Manager software and installing it again. If
you still receive this error message, contact Epson for support.
