6 Trouble Shooting
This section of the document describes the problems that may be encountered when using the modem.
6.1 Problem of communication between the modem and the RS232 link (V24)
If the modem does not respond to the AT commands via the RS232 link, see the table below for the possible
causes and the solutions.

according to the paragraph
