04 TV Bolts [Only one bolt size fits your TV] Note: The bolts are shown in accordance with the actual size M5 M4 M5 x 15mm [TV7] x4 M4 x 15mm [TV6] x4 M8 M6 M8 x 20mm [TV9] x4 M6x 15mm [TV8] x4 Supplied Parts for Step 2 Level x1 Note: The lag screw is shown in accordance with the actual size A1 A2 x5 x5 Lag Screw ST6.3x45mm Washer D6 CAUTION! A3 x5 Wall Anchor M8X40mm This anchor is for concrete or brick walls ONLY. DO NOT use them in drywall or wood studs.
Supplied Parts for Step 4-6 Wrench [TV5] x1 Cable Tie x1 Step 1 Unlock Arm & Detach Faceplate Pull the strap down to unlock the arm Remove the preassembled bolt [S1] using the wrench [TV5] or phiillips screwdriver (not included) and loosen bolt [S2] a little to separate the faceplate [01B] from the arm assembly/wall plate [01A]. Keep bolt [S1] for use in Step 4.
01B 01A S1 01A or TV5 Step 1 Secure the Faceplate [01B] to TV Select TV Bolts Only one bolt size fits your TV. M4 M5 M6 M8 Bolt length: Verify adequate thread engagement with bolts or bolts/spacers combination. We recommend thread engagement by at least 5 turns. -Too short will not hold the TV. -Too long will damage the TV.

Step 3 Attach the Arm Assembly/Wall Plate [01A] to Wall For wood wall installation, follow STEP 3A For wood stud installation, follow STEP 3B For concrete installation, follow STEP 3C Step 3A Wood Wall Option WARNING: Before Drilling check your wall thickness to prevent damage to your recreational vehicle. DO NOT USE ANCHOR WITH THIS STEP! Avoid potential personal injury or property damage! DO NOT over-tighten the lag screws [A1].
3A-2 Drill 5 pilot holes using a 5/32 in.(4 mm) diameter drill bit. Make sure the depth is not less than 1 3/4 in.(45mm). 1 3/4 in.(45mm) ø5/32 in.(4 mm) Note: The depth of the pilot holes shown above are for wood wall applications. For RV applications please use caution and check your wall depth and consult with your RV manufacture. 3A-3 A1 A2 UP Install the arm assembly/wall plate [01] using lag screws [A1] and washers [A2].
Step 3B Wood Stud Option WARNING: X Avoid potential personal injury or property damage! DO NOT over-tighten the lag screws [A1]. Tighten the lag screws [A1] only until they are pulled firmly against the arm assembly/wall plate [01A]. Ensure the arm assembly/wall plate [01A] is securely fastened to the wall before continuing to the next step. ● Any material covering the wall must not exceed 5/8 in. (16 mm) Wall Anchor ● Nominal wood stud size: common 2 x 4 in. (51 x 102 mm) minimum 1.5 x 3.5 in.
3B-4 HEAVY! You may need assistance with this step. A1 A2 Install the arm assembly/wall plate [01A] using lag screws [A1] and washers [A2]. Tighten the lag screws [A1] until the washers [A2] are pulled firmly against the arm assembly/wall plate [01A]. 01 5/16in.(8mm) Socket Wrench (Not lncluded) UP Step 3C Solid Concrete or Concrete Block Option Step 4 WARNING: ●Avoid potential personal injury or property damage! DO NOT over-tighten the lag screws [A1].
3C-3 Install the arm assembly/wall plate [01A] using lag screws [A1], washers [A2] and anchors [A3]. Tighten the lag screws [A1] only until the washers [A2] are pulled firmly against the arm assembly/wall plate [01A] . DO NOT over-tighten the lag screws [A1]. A1A2 5/16in.
Step 5 Adjust the Level and Tilt Angle 5-1 Level Adjustment If needed, the TV can be levelled 1. Slightly loosen bolt [S1] a little. 2. Adjust TV to your desired level angle. 3. Retighten bolt [S1] to hold TV in place. Tighten Loosen or Phillips Screwdriver (Not included) S1 TV5 5-2 Tilt Adjustment 1. Slightly loosen four tilt nuts [T]. 2. Adjust TV to your desired tilt angle. 3. Retighten four tilt nuts [T] to fix the tilt angle.
