Wall Anchor x4 A3 This anchor is for concrete or brick walls ONLY. DO NOT use them in drywall or wood studs. x1 Level Step 1 Secure the TV Brackets to Your TV Select TV Bolts Only one bolt size fits your TV. M6 M8 Bolt length: Verify adequate thread engagement with bolts or bolts/spacers combination.
CAUTION: Ensure the TV Bracket [04] is EQUALLY CENTERED on your TV AND securely fastened in place. UP Option A (For Flat Back TV) 09 D1/E1 07 B 04 08 C1C2 (If needed) Alternate Setups Spacer Option B (For Round Back TV) 09 D2/E2/E3 07 B Alternate Spacer Setups 04 08 C1/C2/C3 Option C (For TV with A “Bump”) Spacers may be necessary for 2 holes ONLY.
Option D For cable interference or inset holes, use spacers 08 to create extra space between the TV and TV brackets 08 C1/C2/C3 09 D2/E2/E3 04 07 B Alternate Spacer Setups Step 2 Secure Front Support Assembly to the Arm Assemble/Wall Plate 2-1 Remove the 4 pcs pre-assembed bolts [B3] from front support [01] and keep the bolts [B3] for the use in 2-2, then slightly loosen the 4 pcs preassembled bolts [B4] 01 B3 B4 2-2 Insert the arm extensions [03] into the front support [01].
2-3 Secure the front support assembly to arm assembly/wall plate 06 B1 B2 05 Step 3 Attach the Arm Assembly/Wall Plate [05] to Wall For wood stud installation, follow STEP 3A For concrete installation, follow STEP 3B Step 3A Wood Stud Option WARNING: ● Avoid potential personal injury or property damage! DO NOT over-tighten the lag screws [A1]. Tighten the lag screws [A1] only until the washers [A2] are pulled firmly against the wall plate.
2 9/16 in.(65mm) 3A-3 13/64 in.(ø5mm) Drill 4 pilot holes using a 13/64 in.(5mm) diameter drill bit. Make sure the depth is not less than 2 9/16 in.(65mm). 3A-4 HEAVY! You may need assistance with this step. 33/64 in.(13mm) Socket Wrench Install the arm assembly/wall plate [05] using lag screws [A1] and washers [A2]. Tighten the lag screws [A1] only until the washers [A2] are pulled firmly against the wall plate.
2 3/4 in.(70mm) 3B-2 3/8 in.(ø10mm) Drill 4 pilot holes using a 3/8 in.(10mm)diameter drill bit. Make sure the depth is not less than 2 3/4 in.(70mm). Never drill into the mortar between blocks. 3B-3 HEAVY! You may need assistance with this step. 33/64 in.(13mm) Socket Wrench A3 Use the hammer to knock anchors [A3] into the wall. Be sure the anchors [A3] are seated flush with the concrete surface. A2 A1 Install the arm assembly/wall plate [05] using lag screws [A1], washers [A2] and anchors [A3].
Level Adjustment If needed, the TV can be levelled Note: Please do not over-tighten or over-loosen the bolts Loosen B1 Tighten 06 1. Slightly loosen the four bolts [B1] on the rear of the arm plate. 2. Level your TV. 3. Retighten four bolts [B1] to hold TV in place. Tilt Adjustment 1. Slightly loosen four tilt nuts [T]. 2. Adjust TV to your desired tilt angle. 3. Retighten four tilt nuts [T] to fix the tilt angle.
