(8mm) Socket Wrench Wrench Supplied Parts and Hardware Warning: This product contains small items that could be a choking hazard if swallowed. TV Bolts (Only one bolt size fits your TV.) These anchors are for concrete or brick walls ONLY. DO NOT use them in drywall or wood studs.
Step 1 Secure the TV Brackets to TV Select TV Bolts Only one bolt size fits your TV. M4 M6 M8 Bolt length: Verify adequate thread engagement with bolts or bolts/spacers combination. We recommend thread engagement by at least 5 turns. -Too short will not hold the TV. -Too long will damage the TV. Too Short Too Long Correct Correct Note: If necessary, the spacers can be used in multi-layer. Option B (For Round Back TV) D2/E2/F C2 (If needed) B1/B2/C1 Alternate Spacer Setups Note: Keep the arrow up Option C (For TV with A “Bump”) Spacers may be necessary for 2 holes ONLY.
Step 2 Attach the Wall Plate [01] to Wall For wood stud installation, follow STEP 2A For concrete installation, follow STEP 2B Step 2A Wood Stud Option WARNING: Avoid potential personal injury or property damage! DO NOT over-tighten the lag screws [A1]. Tighten the lag screws [A1] only until the washers [A2] are pulled firmly against the wall plate [01]. X DO NOT USE ANCHOR [A3] FOR THIS STEP Ensure the wall plate is securely fastened to the wall before continuing to the next step.
2A-2 Position the wall plate at your desired height and line up the holes with your stud center line. Level the wall plate and mark the holes. 01 2A-3 Drill 4 pilot holes using a 5/32 in.(4mm) diameter drill bit. Make sure the depth is not less than 2 23/64 in.(60mm). 2 23/64 in. (60mm) ø5/32 in. (4mm) 2A-4 Install the wall plate [01] using lag screws [A1] and washers [A2]. Tighten the lag screws [A1] only until the washers [A2] are pulled firmly against the wall plate [01] . 01 A1 A2 3/8 in.
Step 2B Solid Concrete or Concrete Block Option WARNING: Avoid potential personal injury or property damage! DO NOT over-tighten the lag screws [A1]. Tighten the lag screws [A1] only until the washers [A2] are pulled firmly against the wall plate [01]. Ensure the wall plate is securely fastened to the wall before continuing to the next step. ● ● ● ● ● Mount the wall plate [01] directly onto the concrete surface Anything covering the wall must not exceed 5/8 in.
2B-3 01 A3 Use the hammer to knock anchors [A3] into the wall. Be sure the anchors [A3] are seated flush with the concrete surface. A1 A2 Install wall plate using lag screws [A1] and washers [A2]. Tighten the lag screws [A1] only until the washers [A2] are pulled firmly against the wall plate. DO NOT over-tighten the lag screws [A1]. 3/8 in. (10mm) Socket Wrench Step 3 Secure the TV onto the Wall Plate 1. Hang the TV with TV brackets onto wall plate [01]. 2.
Step 4 Tilt Adjustment 1. Loosen the both tilt nuts [S] slightly. 2. Adjust TV to your desired tilt angle. 3. Retighten both tilt nuts [S] to fix the tilt angle. Note: Please do not over-loosen the nuts to prevent the TV from falling down.
