ATTENTION

Before using your Ergofix multiple-function cutting machine, first read this

manual thoroughly, so that accidents can be prevented.

1. DESCRIPTION

Model BV 20 C multi-function cutting machine integrates the cutting, drilling and

milling together. Since this machine holds the virtues of multiple function and

superior performances, it can be applied in family service, small workshops and

repairing shops.

Before the operation of the machine the customers should read the manual

carefully.

2. DRIVING SYSTEM (see fig. 1)

The cutting spindle of the machine is driven by the motor (0,37 kW), transmitted

via belt, shaft and gear. The six changeable speeds can be available by means of

two speed change selector levers, meanwhile, the six reversal speeds can be also

gained by the counter rotation of motor.

The spindle for drilling and milling systems is driven by the motor (0,18 kW)

mounted on the spindle box, transmitted via belt. Through the change of pulley, 4

speeds can be available and by means of motor counter rotation, 4 reversal ones

can be also gained.
