Troubleshooting:

If you are unable to connect the keyboard to your Ipad, please try the following:

• Check if the battery is low. If the keys are responding slowly or not at all, try

charging the battery.

• Check the power switch, make sure it is on. When it is on, the power light on

the top right of the keyboard will flash Blue.

• Power OFF and ON and delete device from Bluetooth devices list and

reconnect Keyboard to iPad.

• Verify that the correct passkey is being entered before pressing Enter on the

Keyboard.
