Control Alarm
The PSU AC consists of the following main units:
• Input filter (EMC filter)
• Bridge
• Boost converter
• DC/DC converter
• Output filter (EMC filter)
• Control and supervision circuits

The incoming sine voltage first passes through an internal fuse and then the
input filter, where it is filtered to prevent unwanted signals from being radiated
from the PSU.

The bridge rectifies the incoming AC.

The boost converter draws a sinusoidal input current in phase with the input
voltage, enabling the power supply to have a high power factor and low
distribution on input current. The output from the boost converter is 400 V DC.
