Definition
DISA (=Direct inward system access) with Password
Control means that an external caller can dial via
DTMF to a defined directory number. He/She has to
dial his/her extension number and a password. After
that he/she can make outgoing calls and the costs will
be transferred to the individual extension number.
Use
DISA with Password Control is used for persons who
work externally for a company and want to make
business-calls, but the costs will be transferred to e.g.
the users extension number - or/and a special account
code.
The external caller receives voice prompts, leading
him through the whole procedure step by step.
