Extinguished Caller’s number/name can be
presented to the called party.
Steady light Caller’s number/name is restricted
to the called party.
Independent of which mode - temporary or permanent
- is activated, a subscribed COLR/CONR function (see
chapter COLR/CONR) will be affected.

the caller has activated CNIR / CLIR:
