After Call Transfer:
The TONs of the received new connected number in the new originating exchange A and the new terminating
exchange C differs from the TON of the stored Calling/Connected number. This indicates that the received numbers
are not correctly prefixed for display presentation. The new originator sends his/her own number with correct prefix to
the new terminator, and the new terminator sends his/her own number with correct prefix to the new originator.
