On initiation of the system, all programmable keys are
assigned the function "name selection" (see below).
If a different function is required the key will have to be
redefined.

Individual Programming
It is possible to assign the individual extension the
possibility to program his keys himself.
The scope of this possibility is determined by
assigning the extension a facility category (COS) that
includes the desired functions.
