During Calls
To resume the call on another extension:
z Call the extension where the call was put on hold

You can also press: On hold/Pick-up (function key pre-
programmed by you).
France press
4; Sweden press 6
If your number is multiple represented on the telephone,
you can also press the key that represents your number.
Send caller identity code at transfer
When transferring a call you can send the caller´s identity code or
number to the receiver´s display.
You have speech connection with an external party on Access 1.
Inquiry
g Press to put the call on hold
Note: You can also press Access 2.

z # Dial the caller´s identity code or number and press
z Call the second party
Transfer
g Press before or after answer
The ongoing call is transferred with the caller´s identity code or
number.
Note: You can only use this function if the receiver´s
telephone is programmed to handle identity codes. This
function is only available in newer versions of the telephone
exchange.
