To log on:

Down Press to select Logon (see display).

The display shows (user ID is an example).

Select Press (see display).

Wait until the display shows the requested menu.

Example:

To find and call a person in the central directory when you are

logged on:

Select Press to enter the central directory (see display).

Down or Up Press (see display).

Repeat until requested search criteria is marked, e.g.

Last Name.

Edit Press (see display).

z Enter the first letters of the last name.

OK Press (see display).

The entered letters are shown for the last name.
