The DSR signal is not available at the M3090 serial interface. Certain
older Mobitex applications require the signal to be set by the modem.
Workaround: connect DTR and DSR on the host system side for
compatibility with these old Mobitex applications.
2. Signal RTS (pin 8 of the system contact (input)) must always be
terminated. If RTS is not used in a specific application, connect it
to ground (for example pin 14).
