Installation Guide
a) To replace the original toilet, shut off the water supply valve and flush tank
completely. Disconnect and remove the supply line.
b) Clear the sealant around the toilet base, unscrew the bolts, and remove the toilet.
c) Remove closet bolts from the toilet flange and clean wax and putty using putty
knife. Clean the floor.
a) Measure the distance from the wall to the
centerline of the flange. While most bathrooms
have a 12-inch (305mm) rough-in, 10-inch and
14-inch are two common rough-in sizes, too.
Make sure the purchased model matches the
rough-in measurement in your bathroom.
b) Make sure the area for toilet is clean, dry,
and level.
c) Inspect existing closet flange. Replace if
necessary.
d) Temporarily plug the flange with a towel or
flange plug.
