Please provide model number, serial number, and/or part number of the

product and/or part when you call or write. These numbers can be found on

the product, packaging, and/or in this Owner’s Manual.

For aid in identifying the different hardware used in this assembly, use the

Hardware Identifier on page 11 of this manual. Each number refers to the

numbers shown in the illustrations within this manual. For more specific information

about the hardware, see the Product Parts Lists at the end of this manual.

ONE YEAR WARRANTY ON POOL TABLE

Manufacturer warrants to the original retail purchaser, this product to

be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1)

year from the date of purchase.

WARRANTY ON SLATRON SURFACE

For seven (7) years from the date of purchase for the slatron, we will

repair the playing surface of this table, free of charge, if it fails to remain

flat, within a tolerance of ± 30/1000 of an inch, measuring from any flat

plane within the playing surface. Note: Cloth not included in warranty.

Should this product become defective due to material or workmanship

within the warranty period, contact our Customer Service Department.

This warranty is not transferable and does not cover normal wear and

tear, or damage caused by improper handling, installation or use of this

product. This warranty is also void if product is in any way abused,

damaged, or modified from its original state, or if used for other than

indoor residential use. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and

you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

IMPORTANT! READ THIS MANUAL ALL THE WAY THROUGH BEFORE BEGINNING TO PUT YOUR POOL TABLE TOGETHER! THEN READ EACH STEP BEFORE STARTING THAT STEP. THE DRAWINGS IN THIS MANUAL HAVE BEEN EXAGGERATED OR MODI TO SHOW DETAILS. Model No. 2074 This table has been inspected to insure proper fit. The bed is made of one inch thick slatron. Carefully unpack and examine each shipping container and its packing material before discarding to assure all parts have been removed.

Figure 1 1. Begin by opening hardware kit, and sort hardware into "like" groups using the hardware identifier provided in this manual. 2. Attach two wooden leg panels #29 (be sure wood grain faces out) to the inside of two leg facades #30 using six screws #33, six washers #35, and six locknuts #34, per leg panel. Make sure that dimension B is at the bottom of the leg panel. (Figure 1) NOTE: Leave all four bottom screws #33 loose until the leg post #2 is installed.

5. Assemble bottom side aprons #4 to the two leg assemblies using two bolts #36, two bolts #37, six washers #38, and four locknuts #39 per leg. Repeat for all four legs. Figure 3 6. Attach the corner post #31 to the side aprons using four bolts #33, four washers #35, and four locknuts #34. Repeat for remaining three corners. NOTE: Make sure to orient the corner post so that the top of post is below the top of apron. See Figure 4. Figure 4 7.

The following five steps require a minimum of 2 adults! 8. Once the leg assembly is complete, lay the Slatron bed #1 face down (pocket bevels against the floor) on a smooth, flat surface. (Laying the bed on the table top carton is recommended). 9. Turn leg assembly upside down so that Aprons are against the bottom of the bed. Center the leg assembly on the playfield bottom. There will be approximately 10½" at each end and 7" from each side. Figure 6 10. Place the ten brackets #11 around the table.

Figure 13 19. Attach side caps #22 to one side rail (either #7 or #8) as shown in figure 13. Use two nails #17 per side cap #22. Hold nails with needle nose pliers and tap them into plastic with a small hammer. Figure 14 20. Attach side rails #7 and #8 to both sides of the Slatron using one bolt #14 and one washer #15 at each mounting hole. Do not tighten bolts tight yet. Follow the same procedure to attach end rails #9. 21.

24. Attach end aprons #5 to recessed area on the underneath side of the end rails (#4). ALIGN THE ENDS OF THE APRONS WITH THE ENDS OF THE RAILS. Hold apron in place and spot the location of the mounting holes on the rails. Punch pilot holes in rail using an awl (or 8d nail) and hammer. This will require the help of another person. Secure aprons to rails with screws #12. (See Figure 16) NOTE: To help drive screws into rails, put a little dry soap on threads of screw. 25.

27. Before attaching the drop pockets to the rails you will need to trim two of them to fit into the side pockets. (See figure 21) Insert the corner and side drop pockets (the two that you have trimmed) into the drop pocket openings on the table. THE LIP ON THE POCKETS GO INTO THE RECESSED AREA ALONG THE INSIDE RIM OF THE CORNER AND SIDE CAPS. Front edges of pockets should fit snugly against the playfield cloth on the inside of the openings. Trim drop pockets if necessary to assure a snug fit. 28.
