Notes:
1) Should the ue not extend past the apex, the top of the ue should extend at least
400mm from the roof (or 500mm in regions with heavy snow).
2) The installation of a ue into a carport is not recommended.
3) The ue terminal will get very hot when in use. Precautions should be taken to protect
people and animals from injury.
D3 Creating the Hole in the Outside Wall
When cutting the hole in the outside wall, be mindful of how the
installation Horizontal Powerue Wall Terminal will be nished, the
installation must be weatherproof.
Ideal hole/cavity size for Horizontal Powerue
Without Side Brackets With Side Brackets

Z 175mm Excluding allowance for ue which exits here
The Horizontal Powerue Wall Terminal can be attached to the wall in two ways,
A) From the front of the terminal:
B) By attaching the optional Wall Terminal Installation Brackets to the sides of the cavity
and attaching the Horizontal Powerue Wall Terminal to these, from the front:

Attach the Ø100mm and Ø75mm exible aluminium ues to the spigots on the rear of
the Horizontal Powerue Wall Terminal using the hose band clamps supplied. Plug the
powerue electrical cable into the back of the Horizontal Powerue Wall Terminal.

the ue components.
Ensure that the electrical cable is rmly secured to the wall terminal or building to pre-
vent damage or disconnection if pulled
