7. Change Directory:

change to

~/4_2/vmecan4_v1.2

for PowerMAX OS 4.2

~/4_3/vmecan4_v1.2

for PowerMAX OS 4.3

8. Start Driver:

After calling

modadmin -l ican4

the driver displays his start message.

9. Starting cantest:

After starting

cantest

with

./cantest

the program shows four accessible CAN nets (net 0...3)

After a successful installation, the CAN bus can be accessed by means of the NTCAN-API

(integration of ‘

libntcan.o

’ into the application).
