Suitable recipients

Youmayuse any typeof recipient withflat bottom, evencrystal

glasses,orworkdirectlyinthesaucepanonthestove.

Important:tall,narrowjugsareusuallymostsuitableforworking

in. Use small jugs for small quantities and large ones for large

quantities. Check with care when using coated cooking pots, in

ordertoavoidscratchesinthecoating.

Tip:inordertopreventthejugfrommovingwhileprocessing,put

itonadampcloth.TakecaretobringtheESGE-Zauberstab

to the

receptacle,evenonthestove,andnotviceversa.

To prepare whipped egg-white, whipped cream, diet cream ...

...alwaysuseatall,narrowjug.Thejugmustbeabsolutelyclean

(withoutgreaseordetergentresidues).

Placetheapplianceonthebottomofthejug,switchontolower

speedandletitrunforafewseconds,thenmoveitslowlyupand

down along the sides of the jug. Raise it at the same speed as

themixtureisrising,thengobacktothebottomandrepeatthis

procedureuntilthedesiredstiffnessisobtained.

Cleaning and care

underrunningwater(donotswitchon!).
