5.0 Front Panel Controls and Indicators
Before connecting any components or placing
into operation, follow the safety information in
the ETS-Lindgren Product Information Bulletin
included with your shipment.
The front panel of the FM5004 Field Monitor is divided into five sections:
Power switch, Input Selection Matrix, System Status, Display, and Menu Select.
Power Switch
When power is turned on to the FM5004, it initiates a
self-test.
The power switch controls power only to the FM5004, and
does not affect power to the probes.
