KNXnet/IP parameter
Enable IP parameter

are also not transferred to the device

IP address
assignment
manual: The following IP parameters can be
set manually.
BootP: BootP assignings the IP address.
DHCP: DHCP assignings the IP address.

IP Address
IP address of the KNXnet/IP Router
Subnet mask
Subnet mask of the KNXnet/IP Router,
valid address, e.g., 255.255.255.0
Standard gateway
IP telegrams addressed to devices outside of the local
network are sent via the standard gateway of the
KNXnet/IP Router.
Routing multicast
address
IP address for KNXnet/IP routing:
address reserved for KNXnet/IP: 224.0.23.12
general address: 239.0.0.0 … 239.255.255.255
valid address range: 224.0.0.0.0…239.255.255.255
MAC address
MAC address of the KNXnet/IP Router
Current IP address
of device
Current IP address of the KNXnet/IP Router
[Scan IP]
This button starts the search in the network for the router
specified by the MAC address. If the device is found, the
IP address of the found device is entered in Current IP
address of device. If no device matching the MAC
address is found, an appropriate message is generated
(<not found>).
Assign value “0” to project and installation numbers!
The project and installation numbers are used for the compatibility of future ETS
developments and should have the value “0” for current ETS projects.
