Warranty
Eucatex Products extends a one year limited warranty on all of our first quality
tileboard or for as long as the original consumer/purchaser owns the home in
which our product is installed. However, it is not to exceed one year from the
date of purchase.
Eucatex Products will promptly furnish, without charge, a replacement product or
refund the purchase price thereof, at Eucatex’s option, for any product, which is
shown to be defectively manufactured as long as the installation is in accordance
with Eucatex Product’s printed instructions. This warranty is valid only if the
product purchased has not been subjected to abuse, negligence, corrosive
substance, smoke, fire or water damage.
Eucatex’s liability shall be limited to replacement or refund as aforesaid. Eucatex
Products shall not be liable for collateral damages or losses. Eucatex Products
reserves the right to validate any claim. An original or copy of the sales receipt is
required, stating the product purchased and purchase date.
Claims should be made to the original vendor where the product was purchased
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This
warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights,
which may vary from state to state.
