DE ANLEITUNGEN FÜR DEN BENUTZER EINFÜHRUNG Der elektrische Multifunktionsofen bietet sowohl die Funktionen eines konventionellen Backofens als auch die Funktionen eines Umluftbackofen. Auf diese Weise können Sie immer die für Ihre Zwecke am besten geeignete Garmethode auswählen. Der Backofen kann mit festen Führungsschienen (Abb. 1a) oder Teleskopschienen (Abb. 1b) für folgendes Zubehör ausgestattet sein: • Backofenrost (Abb. 2) • Auffangblech – H 34 mm (Abb. 3) • Back- oder Pizzablech – H 20 mm (Abb.

Um den Backofen zu benutzen, drücken Sie die Druckschaltgriffe nach innen, um sie in Betriebsposition zu bringen (siehe Abb. 5 und 6).
DE ANLEITUNGEN FÜR DEN BENUTZER EIN-TASTE Diese Taste ist in allen Positionen aktiv, außer wenn der Programmwähler (A) sich in STOP-Position befindet. Zum Aktivieren aller Programme müssen Sie zunächst die ON-Taste betätigen. Nach Bestätigung erscheint das jeweilige Programmsymbol im Display. Diese Taste wird inaktiv, sobald das Programm gestartet oder fertig ist. Um das Programm zurückzusetzen, drehen Sie den Programmwähler (A) für 1 Sekunde auf STOP und wählen Sie ein neues Programm.
ANLEITUNGEN FÜR DEN BENUTZER DE EINSTELLEN DER UHRZEIT Der Backofen ist mit einer digitalen Uhr ausgestattet, die die Stunden und Minuten anzeigt. Wenn Sie den Backofen ans Netz angeschlossen haben und der Programmwähler (A) sich in STOP-Position befindet, können Sie die Uhrzeit wie folgt einstellen: • Betätigen Sie die Taste und halten Sie sie einige Sekunden gedrückt, bis ein Piepton ertönt. • Wenn Sie nun die Taste loslassen, blinkt der Stundenwert.
DE ANLEITUNGEN FÜR DEN BENUTZER PROGRAMMWÄHLER (A) • Drehen Sie den Schaltgriff im oder gegen den Uhrzeigersinn, um das gewünschte Programm auszuwählen. Das gewählte Programm wird sofort im Display angezeigt. • Wenn Sie den Programmwähler auf STOP drehen, während ein Programm abläuft, wird dieses sofort angehalten. • Die ausgewählte Funktion kann nicht geändert werden, während ein Programm abläuft. Um die Funktion zu ändern, drehen Sie den Programmwähler auf STOP und wählen Sie ein neues Programm aus.
ANLEITUNGEN FÜR DEN BENUTZER ALLGEMEINE SICHERHEITSHINWEISE ERSTE BENUTZUNG • Lassen Sie den Backofen während des Backens niemals unbeaufsichtigt. Lassen Sie keine Kinder an dem Gerät spielen. • Öffnen Sie die Tür, indem Sie den Türgriff in der Mitte anfassen. Belasten Sie die geöffnete Backofentür nicht. • Machen Sie sich keine Sorgen, wenn sich an der Tür und an den Innenwänden des Backofens während des Gebrauchs Kondenswasser ansammelt. Die Funktion des Backofens wird dadurch nicht beeinträchtigt.
DE ANLEITUNGEN FÜR DEN BENUTZER FUNKTIONEN Durch Drehen des Programmwählers (A) im oder gegen den Uhrzeigersinn können Sie durch 11 verschiedene Funktionen blättern, die jeweils im Display angezeigt werden. 1. AUFTAUEN BEI RAUMTEMPERATUR Mit dieser Funktion wird nur der Ventilator eingeschaltet, der Luft über gefrorene Speisen zirkulieren lässt, so dass diese sehr langsam auftauen. Die erforderliche Auftauzeit hängt von der Art und Menge der Speisen ab. 2.
ANLEITUNGEN FÜR DEN BENUTZER DE 8. GRILL + SPIESSGRILL Mit dieser Funktion wird das mittlere Heizelement an der Backofenoberseite eingeschaltet und leitet die Hitze direkt auf die Speisen. Zusammen mit dem Grill schaltet sich automatisch der Grillspießmotor ein (siehe separate Anleitung). 9. GRILL Mit dieser Funktion wird das mittlere Heizelement an der Backofenoberseite eingeschaltet und leitet die Hitze direkt auf die Speisen.
DE ANLEITUNGEN FÜR DEN BENUTZER BENUTZUNG DER BACKTEMPERATURSONDE (wenn als Sonderzubehör eingebaut) Dieser elektrische Backofen kann in Verbindung mit einer Backtemperatursonde benutzt werden, die die Temperatur direkt im Inneren der Speisen misst. WARNUNG! Benutzen Sie die Sonde nur für große Fleischstücke, die vorzugsweise knochenlosen sein sollten, da Knochen die Messergebnisse verfälschen können. Der Einsatz der Sonde für Geflügel- und Kaninchenbraten ist nicht empfehlenswert.
ANLEITUNGEN FÜR DEN BENUTZER DE BENUTZUNG DES MULTIFUNKTIONSBACKOFENS Für diesen elektrischen Backofen können drei Betriebsmodi ausgewählt werden: 1. BASISBETRIEB OHNE PROGRAMM Der Backofen kann ohne Programm benutzt werden und der Garvorgang wird manuell gestartet und beendet (durch Ein- bzw. Ausschalten). • Wählen Sie die gewünschte Funktion mit dem Programmwähler (A) aus.
DE ANLEITUNGEN FÜR DEN BENUTZER 3. BETRIEB MIT PROGRAMMIERTEM START UND ENDE DER GARZEIT Der Backofen kann auch so programmiert werden, dass er sich zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt einschaltet. In diesem Fall schaltet sich der Ofen automatisch ein und aus. • Wählen Sie die gewünschte Funktion mit dem Programmwähler (A) aus. • Wenn nötig, stellen Sie bei Programmen ohne Grill (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 und 11) mit Schaltgriff (B) die Gartemperatur oder bei Programmen mit Grill (8, 9 und 10) die Grillstärke ein.
ANLEITUNGEN FÜR DEN BENUTZER DE Kuchen und Brot: • Heizen Sie den Backofen mindestens 15 Minuten vor, bevor Sie mit dem Backen von Brot oder Kuchen beginnen. • Öffnen Sie Backofentür während des Backens nicht, da kalte Luft das Aufgehen von Hefe unterbricht. • Wenn der Kuchen fertig ist, schalten Sie den Backofen aus und lassen Sie den Kuchen noch etwa 10 Minuten im Ofen stehen. • Benutzen Sie die mitgelieferte emaillierte Backofenschale oder die Auffangschale nicht zum Kuchenbacken.

Wir empfehlen Ihnen: • Reinigen Sie die Dichtung und vermeiden Sie Scheuermittel oder -Produkte. • Überprüfen Sie gelegentlich ihre Beschaffenheit. REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG • Vor der Durchführung von Wartungs- oder Reinigungsarbeiten, trennen Sie das Gerät vom Stromnetz.

ISTRUZIONIFÜR PERDEN L’UTENTE BENUTZER AUFNAHMEGITTER AN DEN INNENSEITEN DES OFENS (Abb. 13) Um die Aufnahmegitter besser reinigen zu können, können Sie sie folgendermaßen herausnehmen: • Drücken Sie mit einem Finger auf den letzten Einschub, um das Gitter von seiner Halterung zu lösen (A). • Heben Sie es nach oben und hängen Sie das Gitter aus. Um die Gitter wieder einzusetzen, führen Sie die obigen Anweisungen in umgekehrter Reihenfolge aus.
STÖRUNGSBESEITIGUNG DE Einige Probleme können entweder infolge einfacher Wartungsvorgänge oder durch die falsche Auswahl der Einstellungen verursacht werden. Bevor Sie einen Kundendienstmitarbeiter kontaktieren, werfen Sie einen Blick auf die folgende Tabelle. Um eine einwandfreie Wärmeverteilung zu gewährleisten, entfernen Sie die Rückplatte des Unterschranks oder schaffen Sie eine eine Lüftungsöffnung gemäß der Darstellung in Abb. 17.
ANWEISUNGEN FÜR DEN INSTALLATEUR DE WARTUNG ELEKTRISCHER ANSCHLUSS Der elektrische Anschluss muss gemäß den geltenden Standards und Regeln vorgenommen werden. Vor dem Einsetzen jeglicher Ersatzteile ist es wichtig, das Gerät vom Stromnetz zu trennen.

The relative symbol appears on the display once confirmed . This button is inactive once the programme has started or has completed. To reset, turn the programme selector knob (A) to STOP for 1 second and select a new programme. STOP COOKING BUTTON Not active when programme selector knob (A) is in STOP position.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USER GB SET TIME The oven is equipped with a digital clock indicating hours and minutes. After connecting the oven to the mains, and with the programme selector knob (A) in STOP position, set the current time as follows: • Press and hold the button for per a few seconds until a beep is heard. The hour value starts flashing when the button is released. • Set the hour value with the and/or buttons. • Press the button again. The minutes value starts flashing when the button is released.

A) • Turn knob clockwise or anticlockwise to select the required programme, which is instantaneously shown on the display. • Turning the selector knob to STOP while a programme is in progress arrests the programme immediately. • The selected function cannot be changed while a programme is in progress. To change function, turn knob to STOP and select a new programme. THERMOSTAT or PERCENTAGE GRILL POWER SETTING KNOB (ref.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USER GENERAL NOTES ON SAFETY FIRST USE • Never leave the oven unsupervised when cooking. Make sure that children do not play with the appliance. • To open the oven door, grab the door handle at its middle. Avoid forcing the oven door when it is open. • Do not worry if steam condensation accumulates on the door and on the inside walls of the oven during use. This does not affect its working order. • Mind hot steam when opening the oven door. • The appliance becomes very hot during use.

ROOM TEMPERATURE AIR DEFROST With this function, the fan alone is switched on, which circulates air over frozen food, to defrost it very slowly. The time necessary to defrost depends on the quantity and type of food. 2.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USER GB 8. GRILL + ROTISSERIE With this function, the middle top element is switched on, which distributes heat directly onto the food. The rotisserie is automatically switched on together with the grill (see separate instructions). 9. GRILL With this function, the middle top element is switched on, which distributes heat directly onto the food (fig. 8). As well as grilling, this function may also be used to lightly brown ready cooked dishes. 10.
GB INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USER USING THE COOKING TEMPERATURE PROBE (if fitted_optional) This electric oven can be used in conjunction with a cooking temperature probe, which measures the temperature within the food itself. WARNING! Use the probe only for large pieces of preferably boneless meat, as bone interferes with the measurement. We do not recommend using the probe for poultry and rabbit.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USER GB USING THE MULTIFUNCTION OVEN Three different operating modes may be selected for this electric oven: 1. BASIC OPERATION WITH NO PROGRAMME The oven may be used with no programme, and cooking is started and stopped (switching on and off) manually. • Select the required function with the programme selector knob (A).
GB INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USER 3. OPERATION WITH PROGRAMMED START AND END OF COOKING TIMES The oven may also be programmed to start at a later time. In this case, the oven is switched on and off automatically. • Select the required function with the programme selector knob (A). • If necessary, use the knob (B) to adjust the cooking temperature in programmes not using the grill (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 11) or the percentage grill power in programmes using the grill (8, 9, and 10). • Press the button.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USER GB Meat: • If, when cooking meat, the time needed is more than 40 minutes, turn the oven off 10 minutes before the end of cooking time to exploit the residual heat (energy saving). • Your roast will be juicier if cooked in a closed pan; it will be crispier if cooked without a lid. • Normally white meat, poultry and fish need medium temperatures (less than 200°C). • To cook “rare” red meats, high temperatures (over 200°C) and short cooking times are needed.

We recommend you: • Clean it, avoiding abrasive tools or products. • Check its condition occasionally. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE • Prior to any maintenance work or cleaning, disconnect the appliance from the electricity mains. • Do not use a steam cleaner to clean this appliance.

ISTRUZIONI PER FORL’UTENTE THE USER OVEN SIDEWALL GRIDS (fig. 13) To allow for a better cleaning of the side grids, you can extract them this way: • Push with a finger on the last of the slots to release the grid from its hold (A). • Lift it towards the top and extract the grid. To put them back into place, reverse the order of this operation.
TROUBLESHOOTING GB Some problems can be caused either as the results of simple maintenance operations or by incorrect selection of settings. Prior to contacting a Service Engineer please check the following chart.
