<slot> is a card slot # 0-3
<mask> abcd, where each is 1=inspected, 0=ignored
‘L’ Set LED
‘SL <led> <state> [time]’
<led> is an led number 0-7
<state> 1=ON, 0=OFF
<time> ms at state, default = -1 (forver)
‘O’ Set GPIO Output Pin Mode

<mode> 0-3 = Global Switch Output pin, 255 = off, 254 = all

<mode> 0-3 = Global Switch Input pin, 255 = off, 254 = any
‘Q’ Set Quiet Mode

<value> is non-zero for quiet mode (simplied responses)

<value> is hexedecimal byte value

<value> 1 = enable, 0 = disable
