Important safety instructions
● Filters
• Regularly inspect filters and replace
them when necessary according to
the instructions for use.
• Always use genuine filters.
● Service and repair
• It is dangerous to alter the
specifications or modify the cleaner
in any way.
• Under no circumstances should you
attempt to repair the cleaner yourself.
Repairs undertaken by unauthorized
or inexperienced persons may cause
injury and/or serious malfunctioning.
• In the event the electrical cord
has been damaged in any way, it
must be replaced and we
recommend that this be carried
out by a Sears service agent as
special purpose tools are
required.
• This cleaner should be serviced by
authorized personnel and only
genuine replacement parts should
be used.
• ALWAYS work with the cleaner
below you. Ensure it is positioned
up against the bottom step.
• Don’t stand the cleaner above
you at the top of the stairs.
• Don’t position the cleaner on
the stairs.
