1 GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The TLM072IR is a 7-inch (visible size) 16:9 wide screen colour monitor with a Liquid Crystal Display using Thin Film

Transistor technology. With its compact size and analog RGB

interface, this monitor is ideal for many different applications.

The monitor is full analog colour with RGB vertical stripes.

Viewing direction is 12 o’clock (maximum contrast direction).

The TLM072IR monitor is ideal for:

Entertainment use

• In-car entertainment (e.g. in combination with VCR, TV

Tuner, DVD or games)

• In-train entertainment (e.g. Videoseats™, advertisements)

• In-flight entertainment

• Etc.

Information use

• Navigation equipment possible in combination with a rear view

camera (mirror view)

• Professional camera equipment (confidence monitor) for ENG

applications

• Industrial monitor (guarding automatic machines)

• Fleet management (communication home base)

• Medical equipment (exploratory surgery)

• Security equipment (emergency centres)

• Video telephone display

• Etc.

The TLM072IR does have the feature for changing aspect ratio modes 4:3 to 16:9. It automatically will choose full

display mode.

• Wide viewing angle 130° horizontal, 115 ° vertical

• High brightness 400 cd/m2, response speed: 20 ms typical

(154,08 x 86,58 mm), 480 (x3) x 234 pixels

• Single supply voltage 9-16 V (automotive applications)

• Loudspeaker with mono amplifier 0,5 W (amplifier 1 W) and headphone mini-jack.

• Infrared LED's for stereo audio transmission (2 channel)

• Front position menu buttons

This is done at the headphone itself. - Return Back to main menu. • SETUP Only for screen-specific picture settings. - Contrast Set the contrast. - Brightness Set the brightness. - Hue Set the colour. - Picture Size Set the picture size (16:9 or 4:3). - Return Back to main menu.
