Warranty Guide

TERM OF WARRANTY
Evekare warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, during normal use, for the life of the product
for the original consumer purchaser or, for commercial users, for one (1) year from the date of purchase, when properly installed
pursuant to Evekare installation instructions.
REPAIR(S)
Upon inspection by an authorized representative, Evekare will repair or exchange at its sole discretion, any product found to be
defective in materials or workmanship.
EXCHANGE
The exchange of a product will only be considered when Evekare has eliminated all options to restore the product to acceptable
factory condition. Exchange of a product is limited to supplying replacement product that is either identical or of comparable size
and style, and does not include any cost of removal or installation.
EXCEPTIONS and LIMITATIONS
This warranty shall be voided if the product is moved from its place of initial installation or is not installed in accordance with the
instructions supplied by the manufacturer of the product. Evekare will not be held responsible for any damages resulting from
improper installation. Further, this warranty does not apply if the product has been subjected to damage to products resulting from
normal wear and tear, improper operation, abuse, accident, misuse, or damage caused by flood, fire, or other force of nature.
Lastly, this warranty does not cover damage to nondurable product components made of rubber or plastic, such as rubber tips,
grips, handles, dials, clips, latches, suction cups and other accessories.
Any unauthorized repair or modification to the product would render the warranty null and void. This warranty does not apply to
any product, equipment or accessories improperly installed and Evekare will not be held liable for any results of such acts. Evekare
is not responsible for any consequential or incidental mishaps, inconvenience, time loss, incidental expense, materials or labor
related to the installation of any third-party hardware.
The owner agrees by use of the product that the obligations of Evekare shall not extend to contingent or indirect damage or injury
to the structure of its contents, that the obligations of Evekare are limited to those set forth herein, and that no other obligations,
expressed or implied, are assumed by Evekare.
OTHER THAN THE LIMITED WARRANTY OFFERED ABOVE, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVEKARE DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER IMPLIED
OR EXPRESS WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/ OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. EVEKARE
SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LABOR CHARGES TO REPAIR, REPLACE,
INSTALL OR REMOVE THIS PRODUCT) WHETHER ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, BREACH OF
CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE. Some states/provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you
may have other rights which vary from state/province to state/province.

Evekare garantit que ses produits sont exempts de défauts de matériaux et de fabrication, dans le cadre d’une utilisation normale,
pendant toute la durée de vie du produit de l’acheteur original ou, pour les utilisateurs commerciaux, pendant un (1) an à compter
de la date d’achat, lorsqu’ils sont correctement installés conformément aux instructions d’installation Evekare.
RÉPARATIONS
Suite à une inspection par un représentant autorisé, Evekare réparera ou échangera, à sa seule discrétion, tout produit présentant
un défaut de matériau ou de fabrication.
ÉCHANGE
L’échange d’un produit devient uniquement une option lorsque Evekare a éliminé toutes les options existantes permettant de
remettre le produit dans une condition d’origine acceptable. L’échange d’un produit se limite à la fourniture d’un produit de
remplacement identique ou de taille et de style comparables. Cela ne comprend pas les frais d’enlèvement ou d’installation
EXCEPTIONS ET LIMITATIONS
Cette garantie sera annulée si le produit est déplacé de son lieu d’installation initiale ou n’est pas installé conformément aux
instructions fournies par le fabricant du produit. Evekare ne pourra être tenue responsable des dommages résultant d’une
installation inadéquate. De plus, cette garantie ne s’applique pas si le produit a été soumis à des dommages résultant d’une usure
normale, d’un mauvais fonctionnement, d’une utilisation abusive, d’un accident, d’une mauvaise utilisation ou de dommages
causés par une inondation, un incendie ou une autre force naturelle. Enfin, cette garantie ne couvre pas les dommages causés aux
composantes non durables du produit, qui sont en caoutchouc ou en plastique, tels que les embouts, les poignées, les manches, les
disques, les pinces, les loquets, les ventouses et les autres accessoires.
Toute réparation ou modification non autorisée du produit rendra la garantie nulle et non avenue. Cette garantie ne s’applique
pas aux produits, équipements ou accessoires mal installés et Evekare ne pourra être tenue responsable des conséquences d’une
installation inadéquate. Evekare n’est pas responsable des incidents consécutifs ou fortuits, des inconvénients, des pertes de temps,
des frais accessoires, des matériaux ou de la main-d’oeuvre liés à l’installation de tout matériel provenant d’un tiers.
En utilisant le produit, le consommateur accepte que les obligations d’Evekare ne s’étendent pas aux dommages ou préjudices
contingents ou indirects à la structure de son contenu; que les obligations d’Evekare sont limitées à celles énoncées aux présentes
et qu’aucune autre obligation, exprimée ou implicite, n’est assumée par Evekare.
