7 Year Limited Warranty

product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 7 years
from the date of purchase.
The Waxman Consumer Group will replace FREE OF CHARGE under the warranty conditions, the entire
unit or any part (at our option) which proves defective under normal installation, use and service. Waxman
will not be responsible or liable for any failure or damage created by the use of toilet tank cleaners. High
concentrations of chlorine, such as a tank cleaning tablet, has shown to prematurely deteriorate various
materials. Failures or damages due to sediment and/or hard water buildup are not included under this
warranty. This warranty is limited to defective parts as stated. Additional labor charges and/or incidental
and consequential damages therefore are excluded. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation
of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Any
damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or violation of instructions
furnished by us, WILL VOID THIS WARRANTY.
