LIMITED WARRANTY

WARRANTY: We make a commitment that out products, at the time

of sale to the customer, will be free of defects in material and

workmanship. Our products will offer quality service when installed,

used and maintained according to our recommendations. If we

determine that a product does not meet these standards, the product

will, at our option, be replaced, repaired, or credited. All warranty

claims must be brought to our attention not later than [1] year from

the date of sale. This is the exclusive remedy, limited to the

Customer’s net purchase price of the product. Damage to the product

due to abuse, misuse, improper use, inadequate maintenance, or

failure to follow published installation, use and service

recommendations automatically voids this warranty. For warranty

IDEAL HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES,

EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF

MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR

PURPOSE. LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR

CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED

TO THE EXTENT EXCLUSIONS ARE PERMITTED BY LAW.
