Warranty

K-Flex Warranty
K-Flex warrants, for a period of 90 days from the date of sale to the original consumer, the
Product to be free from manufacturing defects and to be manufactured in all material respects to
the written Product specifications of K-Flex. K-Flex’s obligation under this warranty is limited to
the provision of new Product materials for repair or replacement. Thus, K-Flex’s only
responsibility under this warranty is for the cost of manufacturing and shipping such new
Product materials to the location. K-Flex shall have no responsibility for any labor or other costs
associated with the removal, repair, replacement or disposal of the defective Product materials.
Any Product repaired or replaced by K-Flex under this warranty will be subject to the warranty
period remaining under the originally installed Product.
