OVEN FUNCTION CONTROL CHART

Please note: The following chart is for models OBES601 & OBES602. For model OBES601, the mechanical

timer must be in the manual “M” position, or time must be set, for the oven to work.

Note: Oven shelves are numbered from 5 at the top down to 1 at the bottom when referring to the food

cooking chart.

During heated oven functions a cooling fan in the top of the oven will operate in order to cool down the oven

door and kitchen cabinet as well as reducing condensation in the oven. There will then be a slight release of

warm air from the top of the closed oven door. This is not a leak in heat from the oven cavity.

Note: The OBES601 does not include a turbo heater (at the rear of the oven) and therefore does not include

the fan forced functions.
