Will you ever need more? We dont think so.
Are you in the 99.9%?
Chances are, you are one of those customers that weld within a standard range of metal thicknesses which range from light gauge sheets to
heavy 1” plate. If you are, this welder can tackle about anything you throw at it and keep doing so for quite some me without taking a break
with 60% duty cycle at 280A and 35% duty cycle at full power. AC wave form control helps improve weld performance and can be used to
customize your weld feel and look. The intuive feature rich panel guarantees you that you will be able to customize about anything you
need in a few seconds without having to go through a maze of hidden menus or programs. It can be nestedwith the all new PowerCool 400
cooler and new PowerCart which are both designed specically for this unit to make a neat and dy package. Even though it has specically
designed accessories, this unit is sll portable enough that it can be carried to where it is needed. And due to its 240V single phase operang
capability, there is praccally no place the machine cannot be connected for service.
Are you in the .1%?
If you are, dont feel le out though. Before you cross this unit o your list due to not meeng your needs, keep an open mind. The Ad-
vanced AC Pulse control can increase your weld performance greatly on aluminum and turn this unit into a real power house. The Advanced
AC Pulse mixes AC output with DC output to increase penetraon on Aluminum, without loosing cleaning ability. Tesng has shown that pen-
etraon can easily exceed 1.5” with this feature when properly setup with pure Argon. Now that sounds a bit high doesnt it? Well we know
it does, but customers connually remark about how surprised they are that our claims hold up. When Helium is added to the mix, the num-
ber goes even higher. Other features like AC balance and Pulse frequency can be manipulated to control heat spread and arc width as well.
But if you are into DC, and need to weld anything else other than aluminum, this unit really doesnt disappoint. The fully adjustable standard
pulse (which can be used in AC as well) cycles up to 500Hz for perfect control of wet-in and heat spread. The ability to weld thin metal is not
forgoen with its low amp start capability of 5 amps (DC).
