Para conectar Riel a Riel
Corte un 1/4" gruesa rebanada
de barandilla para hacer una
plantilla. Marque el centro de una
cara de la plantilla con una "X" y
un agujero de 1/8" agujero a
través de plantilla.
Utilice la plantilla (señaló que
muestra la cara) para marcar el
final de una de las piezas a unir.
Utilice el otro lado de la plantilla
(señalar la cara no se muestra)
para marcar la otra pieza del
ferrocarril a unir.
Uso de sus áreas ha señalado, el
uso de 5/8" para perforar una
pared de 1-1/4" hoyo profundo
en la cara de las dos piezas a
unir.
Atornille firmemente un resorte
en la base de cada orificio
usando los tornillos provistos.
Inserte el pasador de acero en
cada lado y comenzar a girar las
dos piezas juntas. Twist 4 a 5
veces después de las superficies
en contacto. NO GIRE

™
. Epoxi se encuentra en un par de horas y se cura en 24 horas. El tiempo de curado se prolonga en el tiempo más frío.
HACER UN ENLACE PERMANENTE el uso de alta calidad pegamento de madera o epoxi. Usted debe actuar rápidamente para alinear los perfiles de las piezas que se unen! Las
colas comienza a bloquear antes de poder alinear los perfiles, desenredar la articulación, aplique otra capa de pegamento y gire de nuevo juntos.

POST ASEGURAR TIENE UN SÓLIDA BASE DE MADERA
1. Nota central de la publicación de dibujar líneas
diagonales en la parte inferior.
2. Taladro de 1-3/8" por 3-3/8" hoyo profundo.
3. Atornille firmemente un resorte con el tornillo en el
fondo del agujero.

1. Taladro de 1-3/8" por 3-3/8" hoyo profundo.
2. Atornille firmemente un resorte con el tornillo en el
fondo del agujero.
3. Inserte el pasador de aluminio en la primavera.
1. Después de tuerza en el piso para asegurar la plomada.
Quitar poste y el pasador de aluminio y añadir a la
mezcla a fondo epoxi punto de paso alrededor de la
mitad de 1-3/8" de ancho agujero en ambos puestos y
piso/cubierta.
2. Vuelva a insertar pines de aluminio en el agujero del piso
y después el tornillo de nuevo en el piso. Mensaje Twist 3
vueltas después de que ha puesto en contacto con el
suelo para asegurar mensaje es seguro.

To Connect Rail to Rail
Cut a 1/4” thick slice of railing to
make a template. Mark the
center of one face of the
template with an “X” and drill a
1/8" hole through template.
Use the template (marked face
showing) to mark end of one of
the pieces to be joined. Use other
side of the template (marked face
not showing) to mark the other
piece of rail to be joined.
Using your marks, use a 5/8"
paddle bit to drill a 1-1/4” deep
hole into the face of both pieces
to be joined.
Tightly screw one spring into the
base of each hole using screws
provided.
Insert steel pin into either side
and begin twisting the two pieces
together. Twist 4 to 5 times after
surfaces make contact. DO NOT
OVERTWIST!
TO MAKE A PERMANENT BOND apply Spring-Bolt
™
epoxy Epoxy will set in a few hours and will cure in 24 hours. Cure time is extended in colder weather.
TO MAKE A PERMANENT BOND use high quality wood glue or epoxy. You must move quickly to align profiles of the pieces you are joining! If glue begins to lock up
before you can align profiles, untwist the joint, apply another layer of glue and twist back together.

To Connect Post to Floor Tools needed: a wood paddle bit, a screw driver and a drill.
ENSURE POST HAS A SOLID WOOD CORE
1. Mark centerline of the post by drawing diagonal lines
across bottom.
2. Drill 1-3/8” by 3-3/8“ deep hole.
3. Tightly screw one spring with screw into bottom of
the hole.
ENSURE FLOOR/DECKING IS SOLID AND CLEAR OF
ALL WIRING OR PIPING
1. Drill 1-3/8” by 3-3/8“ deep hole.
2. Tightly screw one spring with screw into bottom of the
hole.
3. Insert aluminum pin into spring.
1. Twist post onto floor to ensure plumb. Remove post
and aluminum pin and add thoroughly mixed
epoxy to approximately half way point of 1-3/8” wide
hole in both post and floor/decking.
2. Re-insert aluminum pin in floor hole and screw post
back onto floor. Twist post 3 turns after it has made
contact with the floor to ensure post is secure.
