6.4.3
High-efficiency commercial pre-rinse spray valves shall not be packaged, marked, or provided with
instructions directing the user to an alternative water-use setting that would override the maximum
flow rate specified in Clause 5.13.2. Instructions related to the maintenance of the devices, including
changing or cleaning pre-rinse components, shall direct the user on how to return the device to its
intended maximum flow rate.
