A Note About Options
1. Internally installed photocell or surge protector are options for the 60W -
150W shoebox fixtures. Externally installed photocell, surge protector,
dimmer, or motion sensor are options for the 185W - 300W shoebox
fixtures.
2. For the dimmer option, do not remove the silicone protector cover for the
dimming wiring unless you are using the dimmer.
Warning
1. Minimum 75 degrees Celsius supply conductor.
2. All installations must be completed by a qualified, licensed electrician.
3. Must abide by any and all laws, regulations, and building codes in your
country, region, utility, or locality of any sort when installing the shoebox
fixture.
4. Do not use an electric generator to test the shoebox fixture.
5. Do not install or open the fixture in the rain. please wear electrical gloves
during installation.
6. Intended for outdoor installation.
7. During or after installation, if there is any smoke, sparks, or flame, shut
down power immediately. Contact relevant authority or customer service.
Wiring Diagram
1. Line or “hot” wire = Black/Brown.
2. Neutral wire = White/Blue.
3. Ground wire = Green/Yellow-green.
Optional Brackets
1. There are four optional brackets for this fixture. The following is a diagram
of the shoebox fixture with these brackets:
2. This fixture can also be used as an area or flood light, and with the wide
selection of brackets it makes it easy to mount virtually anywhere.
Installation Method 1: Adjustable (Slip-fitter) Mounting
1. To install the fixture with a pole mount, loosen the 4 locking bolts on the
slip fitter.
2. Connect the wires from the pole to the wires on the fixture.
3. Feed the wires into the pole and fasten the locking bolts between the slip
fitter and the pole (figure 1).
4. To adjust the fixture, loosen the fixing and adjusting bolts, then align the
fixture to the desired angle. Tighten the adjusting bolts and fixing bolts to
ensure the fixture is correctly fastened at the desired angle (figure 1).
