Quick Fixes Problem: When viewing my PC on an HDTV, the entire desktiop is not visible, and certain areas; such as the Windows taskbar, reside offscreen. Problem: At boot-up, all you hear is a series of beeps from the computer, but see no image on the screen. Solution: Firstly, ensure that you are running at the correct resolution for your display. If it is, try adjusting the “Resize Desktop” feature. This lets you compensate for HDTV overscan so that the entire desktop is visible.
